DataSine analyses biographical, transactional data to determine behavioural and risk profiles of customers and match investments products with customer behavioural profile.

Our algorithm uses a combination of investor questionnaires, and customer transactional and biographical data to build a behavioural and risk profile of each customer. We use the 'Big 5' psychometric framework (, in conjunction with 30 years of academic research to determine dominant personality traits of an individual. We have developed an algorithm that tracks over 30 different behaviours, such as restaurant spending, credit management, travel etc., and categorise individuals under the behavioural framework. This allows financial institutions to develop products that suit individual needs, reduce compliance costs, personalise services with messaging and marketing materials that speak directly to the individual's personality, discover client's needs and preferences, harmonise messaging across different platforms (online, mobile, in person).
